the quiet hours
The market closes. The screens do not.
After the bell, the noise drains out of the tape and what remains is structure: who bought, who sold, who stepped back when it mattered. Narrow bars on light volume. Wide bars that went nowhere. The small tells that only show up when nobody is shouting.
The desk works in these hours. It sorts, it compares, it remembers. By morning there is less to look at, and more to see.
There is no prediction in this. Only patience, repeated until it starts to look like intuition.
The quiet hours are where most of the work is done.
